Special site for b2b to prepare herself as a mama to be...

Salam to all readers and beautiful bride to be...

rasa berkurun lamanya tak tengok blog ni and menghilang dari dunia b2b nih..huhu...sory guys..walaupun memang takkan ade sape nak tertunggu2 and nak always ternanti2 entry(pasan giler..hehe)...but still i feel guilty left this blog alone...huhu..

ntah ape2 punya perasaan...hahah...

sebenarnye...mood miza hilang lately...hilang kerana 'dia'

iush...jangan pikir lebih2 sangat ye girls...dia itu broadband and internet yang lately sangat lembap...nak buka new post pun..takes about 10 minutes...nak publish pun takes 10 minutes.....aduhh...lemah rasa otot2 otak2 ni sume..

terlalu banyak keluhan dari mu miza lately...

sudah2 la tuh...huhu...i wish and i wish...i pray and i pray...after this...all will be smooth...



ok back to the topic...sebenarnye..nak bagitahu to all b2b yang tengah very busy preparing herself to be very beautiful bride to be...dont forget ya girls...to prepare ourself for future...as mama to be...heheh..

sebab kadang2 bila kita dah sibuk...kita lupa...utk nak jaga kesihatan dalaman kita...yela after kahwin...maybe kita akan ada orang baru after 1 month...orang kata bunting pelamin...betul ke??heheh...whatever they call but what i know is u get pregnant few months after wedd...

so usually...we as b2b terlepas pandang bab2 ni...some couple...they are very happy..some couple they still not ready yet they said...but for me...heheh..nantila of course...hehe..i'm so happy...my target 2013 i have one baby...hahahah...cepat gile plan...

 
apela yang ko merapu ni miza...bagitahu jela apa yang nak bagi tahu...hahah..

ok sebenarnye nak bagitahu to all b2b..banyak kan makan supplement...especially folic acid...b-complex..

memang vitamin ni sangat elok pun tuk kita..as awoman...tuk skin and energy and banyak lagi...nak terang satu2 tak perlu kot....u can google all this..

but what i want to tell u girls yang ramai all of us tak tahu is...folic acid and b-complex is vey good to prepare ourself  utk pregnant...

folic acid utk tumbesaran baby...we dont want any birth defect to the baby..adehh miza gile panjang membebel...ade ke orang nak baca berjela2 nih...heheh...1st trimester is very crucial actually...we dont want anything harm and benda2 yang tak best tuk baby kita...so pemakanan ibu adalah paling penting...

yes memang is too early utk kita makan...but study have shown is good for mother to take folic acid as early as 4 months before u want to get pregnant...tapi ada gak yang kata 1 month before pun boleh..kita memang ada amek folic acid ni everyday pun..but in very minimum amount...in pregnancy the requirement..is much higher..ok nak tengok jom baca nih...

Important points
• Some genetic conditions are caused by an interaction between the inherited genetic information and the environment such as diet and lifestyle factors. If exposure to the environmental trigger can be avoided, it may be possible to prevent the person being affected with the condition despite their genetic make-up

• In the majority of cases of neural tube defects, a multifactorial condition that affects the development of the spine and brain in babies, the genetic contribution is still to be defined but the environmental trigger has been identified as a lack of the vitamin folic acid (or folate) in the mother ie. in the uterine environment in which the fetus is developing

• It is estimated that seven out of ten (70%) cases of neural tube defects can be prevented by increasing the mother’s intake of the B group vitamin called folate or folic acid prior to, and during early pregnancy. Folate is naturally found in leafy green vegetables, wholegrain breads, cereals, legumes such as peas, dried beans and lentils. It is also available in tablet form as folic acid

• It is recommended that for all women folate levels should be
– High for at least one month prior to possible conception and
– Continued at that level for the first three months of pregnancy

• For most women it is necessary to have about 0.4mg to 0.5mg (milligrams) of folate each day

• Women who are at increased risk will need to have more than 0.5mg each day as advised by their doctor

• Women are at increased risk if:
– They have had a baby with spina bifida, anencephaly or other neural tube defect(s)
– They themselves were born with a neural tube defect
– They have a close relative born with a neural tube defect

• Women taking drugs to control epilepsy or seizures should take folic acid only as advised by their doctor

• There are tests available during pregnancy to check for spina bifida or other neural tube defects in a baby

so miza nak share ngan sume b2b especially yg nak kawen bulan jan and feb..jom makan folic acid and supplement...utk baby kita...heheh...

why i establish this site for mums to be...is because of my concern and care to make sure our next generation and zuriat...bukan sihat fizikal tapi segalanya2...=)

so any question want to ask me regarding pregnancy and breastfeed...my pleasure...i.allah i will help and tell you...i'm not good in this field...but i know and i'm still learn to be better...for myself,my family and also community...

eh btw,tadi pergi watson dengan si tunang.kite tergodek2 folic acid.macam tau2 je sama plak dgn entry ni.

orang ckp acid folic start makan bila dah kawin :p

oh arituh terfikir pasal acid folic ni, sepatutnye bile kite nak makan ye? oh, better diskau kt group senang kan?
